Research at the EPLO is supported by the extensive collections hosted in the European Public Law Library. The EPLL specializes in the fields of European law and national public law. The European Public Law Library started being operational in 1995. It specializes in Public law and other related fields (among others, International law, Comparative law, European Union Law, and Human Rights). Since 1995, the Library has grown dramatically in size and now hosts over 16.000 titles. | |
 | In 2003, the Library moved from the EPLO premises in Kolonaki, Athens into the new premises of Legrena, Sounio in a comfortable and upgraded environment (the Library space consists of three floors, two of them devoted to reading rooms for visitors and researchers of the EPLO). The Library maintains one of the largest specialized legal collections (both printed and electronic) in Greece. It plays a central role in supporting the research and teaching aims of the European Public Law Organization and it's Academy as well as sustaining the Organization's international reputation as a center of excellence in legal studies. The EPLO serves law undergraduate students and advanced researchers and welcomes visiting scholars from all over the world. |
